It's all about practice. You should learn how to be good at whatever you use. Try to learn how to use your music program, and utilize it to it's full potential.
It applies to everything else too, whether it's picking up an instrument, or even sports. As long as you keep on trying, you'll make it.
I can't say I've mastered fl studio. However, I'm learning, and hoping I'll learn more.
